Wakame Cucumber Salad
This is the second of two pilots for the 5 Seasons Cooking Show. Lisa Silverman, our chef, finishes what she started in the first episode by preparing a wakame (seaweed) cucumber salad, KALE!, and poached pears with a pecan cream sauce. Yummo. Enjoy!
