Gender Exploration Through Movement

 This interactive workshop focuses on deconstructing our relationship with gender through the power of movement. Using different ways to move our body, mask work, and play we will explore our gender expansiveness outside of language and words. This workshop invites us to liberate and discover our bodies, ask some new or old questions and let our body answer with joy. This workshop is for cis, nonbinary and trans folks alike.
